Is it safe to buy a land without without C of O?
Apart from C of O there are other land title documents that is safe, all you need to do is make adequate research to verify the title and then process the C of O.
What is Certificate of Occupancy?
A Certificate of Occupancy is a land title document issued by the Government to an indivisual as a legal proof of land ownership in Nigeria.
